Welcome to the CoachAi Conditioning and Game Fitness Session Plans. Our programs have been designed by World Renowned High Performance Manager Steve Nance who has over 40 years experience working with Elite Athletes around the world across many different sports including Rugby League, Rugby Union, Premier League Soccer and more.

The programs have been tailored and designed to cover your Conditioning and Game Fitness needs across the whole year with the General Preparation phase, Pre-Season phase and In-Season phase all covered with our programs to keep you well ahead of the pack during the year. Each block provides you up to 2 to 3 sessions per week with the blocks running for 8 to 10 weeks each and tailored towards the time of the year you are preparing for.
