At Coachai we understand the challenges faced by junior coaches at a community level and have designed the platform to assist all coaches regardless of their experience level. One of the key components of coaching at any level is preparation and for those volunteers that have little or no time to prepare, quality tailored sessions can be difficult! Not to mention the challenge of what should I be focusing on with the age group I am coaching etc.

Here at Coachai we are dedicated to helping coaches at the community club level enhance their overall coaching experience while also developing not only as a coach but also helping their young people develop key fundamental Rugby League skills.

The Coachai team is made up of professional coaches who have worked and currently work across all levels of the game including the NRL, Junior Representative Level, Senior and Junior Community Rugby League, Coordinated Coaching clinics, One on One personal training and have a combined experience of more than 50 years coaching and training in Rugby League.

The platform has 100's of Drills designed and tailored to each age group and skill level, which can be viewed in the pre-planned sessions provided or by using our session creator tool to create your own sessions using the large Drill Bank available.

Jarrod Mullen - Kick Like a Pro Series

A good Kicking Game in Rugby League is arguably the most important aspect of the game. It can build pressure or it can swing momentum in your favour. One Kick could change the entire game.

For example you can have 5 ordinary "tackles/plays" but then on the last tackle get a repeat set or score a try from a good kick, which then turns it into a good or great set.

On the other hand you can have 5 great "tackles/plays" make line breaks etc. then on the last tackle you kick it out on the full or kick it dead in goal. BY doing this all the pressure is off the opposition so then turns it into a bad set.

Online Home and Gym Strength Programs

Welcome to the CoachAi Online Home and Gym Strength Programs. Our programs have been designed by World Renowned High Performance Manager Steve Nance who has over 40 years experience working with Elite Athletes around the world across many different sports including Rugby League, Rugby Union, Premier League Soccer and more. He has worked with teams such as the Brisbane Broncos, North Queensland Cowboys, Wallabies and Fullham FC in the UK to name a few.

The programs have been designed based on different age groups and the requirements of the specific age with the younger ages being able to complete it at home with only a Thera Band required and Body Weight exercises.

For those that are older and or have access to a Gym we have Strength Programs tailored for all parts of the year with the General Preparation Phase, Pre-Season Phase and In-Season Phase all covered. The app has Instructional Videos and written content to ensure you are completing the exercises correctly and also tracking functions to make it easy for you to track your gains through the app.

The programs have been tailored and designed to cover your Conditioning and Game Fitness needs across the whole year with the General Preparation phase, Pre-Season phase and In-Season phase all covered with our programs to keep you well ahead of the pack during the year. Each block provides you up to 2 to 3 sessions per week with the blocks running for 8 to 10 weeks each and tailored towards the time of the year you are preparing for.
